Last date for submission of application form: 5th November, 2016.
Plenary Hall, The Indian Law Institute, Bhagwan Dass Road, New Delhi.
The workshop would be of great significance especially during a time when we all find ourselves placed in quandary regarding the conflict between copyright and access to information.
The workshop aims to offer academicians, scholars, lawyers, publishers and law students an opportunity to develop better understanding of the copyright law and related concepts. It aims to address and shed clarity on diverse interests of copyright owners, licensees and copyright owners.
