ICICI Bank Launches Automated ODR system

ICICI Bank, one of India’s largest private banks, has recently launched a rule-based Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, which would operate without any human intervention.

Pramod Rao, the Group General Counsel at ICICI Bank announced it via LinkedIn.

Currently, this is accessible for 2 dispute areas, Savings Account Charges Reversal and Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna Subsidy Application Status.

Earlier, ICICI Bank had partnered with Agami for the E-ADR Challenge. SAMA, an ODR service provider had come out as the winner of the E-ADR Challenge and is now assisting ICICI Bank in resolving 10,000 of their pending disputes through ODR.
