The International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ICADR) is an autonomous organisation working under the aegis of Supreme Court of India, with its Headquarters at New Delhi and Regional Centres at Hyderabad and Bengaluru.
It has been established to promote, popularise and propagate alternative dispute resolution methods to facilitate early resolution of disputes so as to reduce the burden of arrears in Courts. The Chief Justice of India is the Ex-Officio Chairperson of ICADR.
The International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ICADR) will be conducting an Intensive Training Program in Mediation for Five Days (40 Hours) from 27th to 30th June & 1st July, 2017 (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday) from 09:30 A.M. to 05:30 P.M.
The training will be provided by qualified Master Trainers certified by the Internationally renowned Institution viz. Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR), London.
Persons who successfully complete the training program will be issued Certificates.
Applications are invited from Legal Fraternity, Officers in various Chambers of Commerce, Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, Chartered Engineers, persons from Construction Industry and those interested in settlement of family disputes, etc.
The maximum seats for the said Training Program are thirty (30) only on first come first served basis.
Fees for the said Training Program will be Rs. 10,000/- which includes the cost of material to be supplied to the delegates and refreshments including Lunch.
The VENUE OF THE TRAINING will be Administrative Block Building of ICADR, situated at Plot No. 6, Vasant Kunj Institutional Area, Phase-II, New Delhi – 110 070.
