OCMC is established at National Law School of India University, Bengaluru recognised by the Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India. The Centre has been providing for a state-of-the-art infrastructure for resolving consumer disputes both through physical as well as online mediation through its platform.
The International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution(ICADR) is working under the aegis of Hon’ble Supreme Court of India with the Chief Justice of India as its Chairperson and at the regional level, the Chief Justice of the concerned State as the Patron.
About the Programme
International Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ICADR) and Online Consumer Mediation Centre (OCMC), National Law School of India University (NLSIU) Bengaluru announces the much awaited 40 hours qualified Mediation Training Programme to be held from 01 June 2019 – 05 June 2019 at National Law School of India University, Bengaluru.
This 40-hour mediation training is being undertaken by OCMC, NLSIU and ICADR intended to provide with world-class mediation training by internationally recognised and established mediators of India.
This training will certify one as a trained mediator and is suitable for any professional with a graduation degree at minimum. With the growing popularity, increasing demand and upcoming legislation being pro-mediation, this is an opportunity for professionals to train themselves in this skillset and thereon practice mediation.
Participation is extremely encouraged from Advocates, Management Personnel, Human Resource Personnel, Corporate Advocates, Legal Processing Outsourcing Personnel, Academicians, Management Graduates, Banking Professionals, Insurance Professionals and all other Professionals as it will prove to be extremely resourceful for them.
Registration and fee details
ONLY 30 PARTICIPANTS will be taken up for the training on first cum first serve basis, so you are encouraged to apply as soon as possible to avail the training with a trivial fee of INR 15,000.00 only.
The fee is inclusive of the 5 days training along with working lunch and high tea throughout the duration of the training. It excludes accommodation.
An individual will be provided with a Certificate at the end of the training recognising them as Qualified Mediator who has been trained for 40 hours and is eligible to practice
