Title of the Book: Emerging Dimensions of Human Rights in the Contemporary Era: National and International Perspective

Eligibility

Mr. Prakash is looking forward to receive research papers from the students, researchers, advocates, academicians, etc.

Important Information

  • The research paper should address the key issues and highlight different views and arguments in the present scenario. Some suggestions should also be put forth by the authors for improving the present situation.
  • Every research paper should be accompanied by an abstract of 200 to 300 words mentioning the Title of the Paper, Theme, Sub Theme, Name of the Author and Co-Author, E-mail Address, Postal Address and Contact Number of the Author/Co-Author.
  • The abstract should mention the novelty of the idea which the author wishes to put forth. It should also mention the outcome of the research paper.
  • All papers will be electronically scanned for plagiarism. The similarity index acceptable is up to 25%. (Exclusive of footnotes or endnotes)

Word Limit

  • Short articles: 1500 words (minimum) to 2500 words (maximum)
  • Long Articles: 2500 words (minimum) to 8000 words (maximum)

This word limit is inclusive of footnotes. Each participant should ensure that his/her paper is an original and bona fide piece of research work and that it has not been published or being considered for publication elsewhere.

This list is just illustrative and not exhaustive. Researchers are welcome to submit papers on any topic which is related to the main theme.

Co-Authorship

Co-Authorship is allowed. However, there can be maximum.

One Author and two co-authors in one research paper. There is a participation fee of Rs. 800/- for the paper for a single author and Rs. 1000/- with Co-author/s.

The paper which will be selected for the publication will get one complimentary copy of the book. In case apart from the complimentary copy, if any author or co-author needs an extra copy, the cost of the book is to be paid extra of Rs. 300/- (it is 40% Discounted price of actual MRP of the book) at the time of making the payment.

Footnoting

The authors should use the ILI (Indian Law Institute) format of Footnoting and Times New Roman Font size 12 with bold headings and space lining 1.5.

Important Dates

  • Last date for Paper Submission: 30th June 2020
  • Acceptance of Paper submitted – Within two days of Submission
  • Publication of Book: July 2020.

Publication

The selected best quality papers will be sent for publication in an ISBN numbered book.
