Lawctopus is your platform and we’ve made it really easy for your to submit a post on it (internship experiences, opportunities and events, and news/blog pieces).
When you submit a post/content, it is NOT directly published on Lawctopus. We review, moderate and format it as per internal guidelines.
Your post should contain complete details and should be well-written. We expect posts to contain
a minimum of 300 words.
Please do NOT merely attach a file or provide a URL. Such posts are to be re-worked upon and involves an extra step both for you and for us.
ADDING A POST ON LAWCTOPUS
STEP 1: Click on the ‘Submit a New Post’ button on the top bar of Lawctopus (Image 1) and login/create your account using your Email, Facebook or Google+ ID (Image 2).

STEP 2: Click on ‘New’ and then ‘Post’.
Or you may be directly taken to Step 3! [Why? Because badi badi websites mein chhoti chhoti baatein hoti rehti hain].
Step 3: Enter the title of the post, the content and click on ‘Submit for Review’.
Please ensure that the content has at least 300 words.
Do NOT just upload a file or a brochure!
You may want to add images/files/brochures/links to your post/content. We explain that in the next few paragraphs.
That’s it! Your post will be submitted for moderation!
ADDING LINKS/URLS, FILES, IMAGES TO YOUR POST
Adding URLs/Links: Select the word/phrase to be linked and the click on the ‘Insert Link’ option.
Adding files/images: Click on ‘Add Files’ option and then on ‘Upload Files’. You can add .doc, .docx, .pdf and all sorts of image files using this option.
If you are writing a critical piece, or want to remain anonymous for any reason, here’s how you can do it.
Step 1: Click on the ‘Edit my Profile’ Option.
Step 2: Put in a nick-name (which can be anything/a pseudonym!) and then your nick-name can be the name your display publicly!
ENRICHING YOUR PROFILE
You can put in some information about yourself, mention your social media profile links (Facebook, Linkedin etc.) and even choose a profile picture.
These are mentioned at the end of your posts published on Lawctopus! It’s a great way to network and make new friends.
