The Centre for Law & Society at Gujarat National Law University cordially invites you to an Open House Session with Mr. Anand Grover, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India.

The topic of the session is “Constitutional Morality & the Supreme Court of India: An Analysis in light of the judgements on 377, Sabrimala and Adultery”.

The aim of the session is to understand constitutional morality – its different facets, what it entails, and how it affects the human rights jurisprudence.

Mr. Anand Grover is a Senior Advocate at the Supreme Court of India. He has been at the forefront of the human rights’ cause in India.
