Gujarat National Law University’s Centre for Constitutional and Administrative Law (CCAL) is organizing a Certificate Course on “Expanding Horizons of Fundamental Rights in India” from 24th – 27th September, 2015.
The Certificate Course aims at providing all the basic knowledge along with the idea of certain contemporary issues related to Fundamental Rights.
It also aims at cultivate the ability to identify latent constitutional issues related to fundamental rights and also to scrutinize the contribution of judiciary in interpreting the fundamental rights.
The course will prove to be important for the students as after this they will be able to demonstrate basic and up-to-date understanding of the fundamental rights in India.
DURATION OF THE COURSE:
The duration of the program is 24-27 October, 2015. Each teaching day consists of two sessions: afternoon and evening. Hence, the each day consists of four hours of teaching over a span of four days. The total number of contact hours is 12.

After having completed the course participants will be able to demonstrate basic and up-to-date understanding of the fundamental rights in India.
