Social Media has revolutionized the way people interact and the interface between the law and social media has brought to light certain interesting subjects such as defamation and intermediary liability, to name a few.

It is also important to note that India is home to only a handful of lawyers, who understand this new law and the time is ripe for more students/lawyers to learn and understand this new concept and develop a niche practice area in a highly competitive market.

You the enrolled student stand to gain by joining this short programme, because you are not only learning practical aspects of Social Media and the Law, but also learning from one of the few lawyers in India, who practice and understand the interface between technology, social media and the law on a daily basis, advising Fortune 500 companies.

All participants shall receive a certificate from Mr Rodney D Ryder. Here is your chance to network with a leading technology and social media lawyer.
