Editor’s note: Do NOT email your CVs to the above email ID en masse. Your application will most probably end up in the bin. First, check if you really want to intern here. Then, apply with a customized CV and cover letter.
I traveled everyday from Gurgaon (home) by car. Nearest Metro Station (Race Course and Jor Bagh) is a 200m walk.
The office is setup in a quite place with two rooms and a pantry. One room is designated for Juniors and Interns. My first working day was a Saturday, I was introduced to the juniors, office workers and fellow interns. It was a good start for my first legal internship
The juniors/associates are very friendly and one can easily find himself home on work. The working hours may seem long but it is worth every minute. Saturdays are working but is a good day to interact with the associates.
The main task for me was to read the case make a short summary, attend conferences for the case and support the juniors in research work for the case.
I also attended the Supreme Court of India and Delhi High Court proceedings on daily basis. I had at least 4 to 5 cases each day, the day was tiring but it was worth it.
Best Things about the Dushyant Dave internship
The Stipend of 15,000 adds to the glory of everything the amicable environment is a plus point.
