Rohan Mukherjee, NLUO student and campus journalist at Lawctopus adds:
After two long months since the resignation of Chandra Krishnamurthy from the seat of Vice Chancellor of NLU Odisha, the 3-member VC selection committee has finally rounded in on someone.
The selection committee has selected Prof. V Nagaraj to the relief of many of the students.
NLUO had been going through some difficulties with the absence of an administrative head. Someone with prior administrative skills joining in is much looked forward to by the young University that has seen more Vice-Chancellors than than it has seen a decent winter.
Yash Deora, a 3rd year student said “It is high time that someone pulled the reigns of our University with some capable hands, not ones that are trying, but ones that have already been successfully tried.”
The entire fraternity is highly optimistic about the turn of events for this University.
