Competition Commission of India is a statutory body of the Government of India responsible for enforcing The Competition Act, 2002 throughout India and to prevent activities that have an appreciable adverse effect on competition in India.

Having a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a recognized university and working in analogous post/grade or ﬁve years’ service in the Grade pay of Rs. 6600 or equivalent.

How to apply?
The application in the prescribed Pro-forma, together with all necessary documents i.e. cadre clearance, vigilance clearance, copies of APARs, etc and Certiﬁcate from the Employer may be sent to the undersigned at the address indicated above, through proper channel latest by 24th February 2020.
Any form of conditional forwarding from the employer or applications received without the prescribed documents and Certiﬁcate from the Employer will be rejected.
