DME is a Premier educational institute, affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) and imparts education in the field of Law, Management and Journalism and Mass Communication.
Research Cell, DME is an institutional level committee dedicated to facilitate and aid research and working untiringly towards the development of academic and research skills of faculty members and students. It has in total 9 research centers under it; 6 for under Law School, 2 for under Management School and 1 for under Media School.
Centre for Criminal Law and Justice (CCLJ) is one of the six law centers under Research Cell, DME. The centre aims to focus on the administration of justice and on the nature of criminal behavior. It also aims to bring various stakeholders together so that issues can be comprehensively dealt with.
About the Program
The Centre for Criminal Law and Justice (CCLJ), Research Cell, Delhi Metropolitan Education (DME) (GGSIP University) Noida, is organizing an activity aiming at learning through cinematic teaching titled as “Beyond Bareacts: See Think and Wonder”.
“Beyond Bareacts” is an event encouraging cinematic teaching methodology in legal education. Intriguing movie clips shall be used to generate the habit of learning and locating offences and torts through reel and eventually real life events.
