Agami is a movement to create radically better systems of law and justice by unleashing the power of millions of changemakers. This movement is powered by Agami Network, a community of business and social sector leaders, high-potential innovators, and influencers, and by the Agami organization, a team comprising proven entrepreneurs and social sector leaders.
Agami believes in a set of simple principles: courage, responsibility, authenticity, creativity and agility and this is what they are looking for in their interns coming from diverse backgrounds of study including Law, Design and Technology.
Through the Agami Prize, Agami Challenges, and other initiatives, Agami is triggering a culture of change-making, supporting changemakers from across sectors and framing opportunities for action that can shape a future in which citizens thrive.
The Curator will lead Agami initiatives such as the Agami Prize, the Agami Summit or the Agami Challenges. Ultimately the Curator will have the opportunity to conceive, design and executive new Agami initiatives.
It is the responsibility of the Curator to bring their whole self to Agami and contribute to the wellbeing, creativity and collective spirit of not just the team but the entire Agami network of innovators and changemakers.

Successful candidates will possess most of the following skills and experience:
Entrepreneurial Skills: Do you have an intrapreneurial or entrepreneurial track record of pursuing new ideas or approaches? Have you been able to implement ideas and strategies? Have you been able to connect people and partners effectively to advance your work?
Creativity: Do you have a wide range of interests and seek out opportunities that demand creativity? Do you identify yourself as a learner? Are you able to creatively overcome obstacles?
Teamwork: Are you adept at motivating and rallying teams to pursue and grow ideas? Do you thrive in working in an agile work environment with fluid team structures? Do you effectively understand emotions in yourself and in others? Do you have the ability to curate strong networks bringing together individuals across sectors?
Communication: Do you have strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills to share your ideas?
You need not be a lawyer: in fact, Agami welcome people from other disciplines and particularly call out to multi-disciplinary folks eg. lawyer-designer, lawyer-coder etc – but you must have a demonstrated interest in or meaningful exposure to systems of law and justice.
