The office is located in Jangpura B, New Delhi. It is a well furnished office, with separate offices and work stations. The firm is headed by advocate Mrs. Esha Majumdar and advocate Mr. Setu Niket, apart from them there are two other associates and a support staff. The office environment is quite friendly and welcoming.

Work assigned

The firm dealt with all types of matter but specialised in tax, property/land and IPR related matters. There were regular court visits and I was asked to prepare short notes on various court sessions. The first half of the day was usually spent in court and second half in office. Apart from this, I was asked to make case notes and briefs and was also asked to research on various matters relating to IPR, CPC  and Land Acquisition.

Interns were given sufficient time to finish their work and the associates and the heads themselves were very helpful and welcoming in case of doubts. The heads made sure that the interns were given enough background information before assigning any task.

Work environment

The firm was very welcoming and was a mix of professional and homely environment. The heads and the associates made me feel like a part of their family. Interns were never shouted at or scolded for any mistake or lack of knowledge, instead, the Associates and the Heads helped us correct our mistakes and complete the assigned work.

The office assistants and support staff were also pretty good and helpful and regular refreshments were provided to all the interns.
