Ms. Pratibha Jain is head of Delhi Office of Nishith Desai Associates. She leads the Funds and Regulatory practice at NDA and brings with her a breadth of international and Indian experience having worked in New York, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Mumbai.
She holds B.A (Economics) Hons. and LL.B. degree from Delhi University, a Bachelor of Civil Law degree from the University of Oxford, and an LL.M. degree from the Harvard Law School.
Mr. Shantanu Jindel is a partner at J. Sagar Associates. His practice covers diverse areas of general corporate, mergers and acquisitions and private equity investments. He has been representing multinational companies in various cross-border transactions, outbound investments, joint ventures, technology transfers and commercial contract issues.
Prior to joining JSA, Shantanu has had the experience of practising before the Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Delhi. He has done his Law from NUJS, Kolkata.
Ms. Deepti Sarma is Practice Lead at General Corporate and Advisory at Anand & Anand & Khimani. Her Areas of Expertise include Corporate Law, Due Diligence, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Legal Research.
Previously, she has served as Principal Associate at DSK Legal. She has completed her education in Law from GLC Mumbai and Bachelors in Commerce, Economics from RA Poddar College of Commerce and Economics.
Ms. Priyanshi Chokshi is a Chartered Accountant with an All India Rank 45 and has completed her B.Com from HR College of Commerce, and Masters in Business Laws from NLSIU Bangalore.
She has been a professional public speaker and corporate trainer, having conducted trainings on aspects of taxation, personal finance, soft-skills, among others. She has worked in the field of taxation and transaction/deal advisory, tax and corporate litigation for over 3 years. She is the co-founder of start-up Beyond the Degree.
