Fereshte D Sethna is the Founder and Managing Partner of the DMD Advocate’s Mumbai Office. She heads the Firm’s International Litigation & ADR Group.
Fereshte has 26 years of litigation and arbitration experience, handling complex work across multiple jurisdictions, in diverse industries.
She has been a legal advisor to Vodafone India. Fereshte, before diversifying into wider areas of practice, originally practised maritime law and presently supervises the firm’s admiralty and shipping law work.
Mr. Rishabh Shah has been practising Advocate since 1994 and his major areas of practice include Civil Law, Law of Contract, Sale of Goods Act, Negotiable Instruments Act, among others.
He is Independent Director at Arshiya Limited. He has been practising at Bombay High Court, Supreme Court, Debt Recovery Tribunals and Company Law Boards.
He has done his Law from the University of Mumbai and has a Diploma in Securities Law from GLC.
Mr. Harshul Shah is an Advocate & Solicitor, Insolvency Professional and has been a founder at Corporate Legal Practice and is visiting faculty at NMIMS, ICSI, IBBI, Pravin Gandhi Law College.
He has also taught at Government Law College, Bar Council of Mah & Goa, Rizvi College, among others. He has graduated in commerce and law and is a qualified company secretary.
He has previously worked at Wadia Ghandy and Co. before going on to establish his own firm.
Ms. Priyanshi Chokshi is a Chartered Accountant with an All India Rank 45 and has completed her B.Com from HR College of Commerce, and Masters in Business Laws from NLSIU Bangalore.
She has been a professional public speaker and corporate trainer, having conducted trainings on aspects of taxation, personal finance, soft-skills, among others. She has worked in the field of taxation and transaction/deal advisory, tax and corporate litigation for over 3 years.
She is the co-founder of start-up Beyond the Degree.
