Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre (NPAC), was founded by the Palkhivala Foundation to preserve the values and ideals of Mr. Palkhivala, the renowned jurist, orator, author, diplomat and a statesman of exemplary character.
The NPACaims to provide a world-class facility for arbitral proceedings with the aim of making it a centre of excellence in institutional arbitration in India.
In its endeavour to provide opportunities for interaction amongst professionals and academicians in the field of Arbitration, NPAC is conducting an International Conference on “Arbitration Regime in India- Evolving Opportunities and Daunting Challenges” on February 16, 2019 at Shangri-La’s – Eros Hotel, 19 Ashoka Road, Connaught Place, New Delhi 110001, India.
Lord Peter Henry Goldsmith, QC, Barrister, Former Attorney General for England, Wales and Northern Ireland, had consented to be our Chief Guest, inaugurate the conference and deliver the keynote address.

Guidelines for Student Applicants
The last date for completion of the registration process for student applicants is 5th February 2019.
The number of seats for students is limited to 50 seats only, which is available on first come first serve basis.
The confirmation of registration is only upon receipt of acknowledgement by NPAC. Kindly note that no spot registration shall be entertained for student applicants.
