About CNLU

Chanakya National Law University is an autonomous law school in Patna, Bihar, India. It was established in 2006 by the Government of Bihar as a public university dedicated to the field of legal education. The Chief Justice of Patna High Court is the ex officio chancellor of the university.

About the Journal: The Child Rights Centre (CRC) is a specialized centre of Chanakya National Law University, Patna. The Centre was established with a mission to improve access to justice for children and promote research, advanced learning and advocacy to strengthen child rights laws, policies and practices in Bihar. Child Rights Center is established with technical support of UNICEF for effective implementation of children’s laws in Bihar.


The CRC was adopted on 20th November 1989 and hence the main [email protected] celebration would take place on Child Rights Day (20th November) which is also globally celebrated as World Childrens’ Day (WCD)

The paper submissions by the writer(s) must strictly conform to originality within the broad theme of “End Violence Against Children” A suggestive list of topics has been provided below in order to aid the writers; however they are free to write on any issue within the main theme.
