CLAT 2018: Petition in the Delhi HC: Here’s How More Students Can Join In: Just Email by May 25

The Delhi High Court through J. Rekha Palli was apprised of the various instances of mismanagement in the conduct of CLAT 2018.

Notices have been issued to NUALS Kochi, and Bar Council of India and the matter is listed for 30th of May.

Advocate Namit Saxena (an RMLNLU graduate), Nipun Saxena (an NLU Delhi graduate) and Senior Advocate Chetan Sharma are handling the matter.

If you took the 2018 CLAT (UG or PG) and have suffered from mismanagement at your center, you can file Impleadment Applications (ideally till May 25).

To do that just email a copy of your CLAT Admit Card, and a copy of representation made to NUALS Kochi (say an email or a letter to NUALS where you’ve mentioned the issues) to [email protected]
