In order to add more dimension to the conference and encourage the study of international relations, the NATO at SLCU MUN 2014 will comprise of school students belonging to the 11th and 12th standards.
A MUN conference allows participants the opportunity to deliberate and discuss real matters of international concern, and attempt to arrive at practical solutions.
SLCU MUN 2014 guarantees exemplary quality debate through the carefully selected agendas set for each committee, as well as through interaction with participants from diverse walks of life.
Participant feedback from the first chapter of the MUN lauded not only the academic quality of the conference, but also the organization and hospitality.
With a view to make the most out of the MUN experience, international delegates will not only get to participate in the conference, but will also get to be a part of an internship program at Amnesty International, as well as guided tours of the city of Bangalore.
SLCU MUN 2014 promises to be an event of academic enrichment, and equally important, a platform for the youth of the generation to come forward and take a stand on real world problems. Thus, the MUN is more than just healthy debate, as it also seeks to inspire participants to take action to effect the change they want to see.
