IFIM Law School, Bangalore is organizing an International Certificate Course on ‘Legal and Institutional Framework on European Union Law’ from 14th March, 2019 to 20th March, 2019.

In continuance with the vision of providing global platform and broadening the horizons of knowledge in this competitive global market, the Law School has come with this unique course which will be graced and conducted by eminent international Professor Arnaud Raynouard and Dr. Avinash Dadhich.

A glimpse to the Speakers’ Profiles

Dr. Arnaud Raynouard is a full-time professor of Law and Vice-President of University Paris-Dauphine, Paris, France. He oversees international affairs of the University and his research majorly focuses on European Union Law, Law and Globalization and Law and Development/ Economics.

Dr Arnaud is also Chairman of the Legal Scientific Committee of Deloitte Legal-Taj, Paris.

He is associated as Visiting Professor with – Zurich University of Applied Sciences, Switzerland, Tulane University (LA, USA), Case Western Reserve University (Ohio, USA), Law Academy of the Department of Justice of the Russian Federation (Russia), Universidad de Valladolid (Spain), Louisiana State University (USA) and IFIM Law School, Bangalore, India.

Dr. Avinash Dadhich is a Professor of Law & Principal Designate/ Associate Dean at IFIM Law School, Bangalore. Dr Dadhich’s areas of specialization are Global Competition Law, European Union Law, Global Anti-Corruption/Fraud Law (FCPA & UKBA), and Law / Regulation of AI / Robotics.

Dr Dadhich was awarded his Ph.D. from UK. He completed his LL.M from France in Global Competition Law and IPR Laws. His work experience spreads through litigation, corporate as well as working with regulatory bodies in India and abroad. He has worked in the Supreme Court of India; Deloitte India, Ernst & Young (EY) India, Competition Commission of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt. of India, Gide Loyrette Nouel LLP, Paris, France, White & Case LLP, Brussels, Belgium to name a few
