JOB POST: Empanelment of Advocates @ Central Electronics Limited, Sahibabad, UP: Apply by June 15

Applications are invited from eligible counsels for empanellment in Central Electronics Limited (CEL) a Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Science and Technology, Department of Scientific and Industrial Research for conducting and handling cases on Civil/Criminal/Service/Labour matters in various courts/tribunals.

Interested Advocates who fulfill the following criteria and experience may apply for empanelment to Central Electronics Limited:-


  • An Advocate with minimum 5 years of regular practice in conducting cases of Civil/Criminal nature in the High Court, for empanelment of Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.
  • An Advocate with minimum 5 years of regular practice in conducting cases of Civil/Criminal nature in the District Courts / CGIT/ CAT and other Tribunals.
  • Mere fulfillment of eligibility criteria does not confer the right of empanelment in favour of the applicantand decision of CEL on empanelment shall be final.

How to Apply?

Interested Advocates may send their detailed Curriculum Vitae (CV) with self attested photocopy of certificate of enrolment issued by Bar Council and proofs of credentials with recent passport size photograph in a sealed envelope addressed to:-

within 15 days of this notice. The application should be superscripted ‘Application for Empanelment ofAdvocates’.

Preference will be given to those handling cases of Public Sector undertakings/ enterprises.

The empanelment will be valid for an initial period of two years, renewable by one year.
