Call for Papers: Tilburg Law Review Special Issue Judicial Lawmaking; Submit by April 27

Tilburg Law Review is delighted to announce the call for papers for its Special Issue, dedicated to and in the spirit of Professor Willem Witteveen. The topic chosen is “Judicial Lawmaking & beyond”, one of the areas in which Professor Witteveen devoted his academic curiosity.


For this special issue, TLR particularly welcomes contributions on

1. Judicial lawmaking;

2. Law and humanities;

3. Critical reflections on the works of Professor Witteveen; and/or

4. Other areas in the spirit and in memory of Professor Witteveen.

Deadline for submissions is 27 April 2015.

Accepted papers will be published in the Tilburg Law Review Special Issue, Volume 20(2), autumn of 2015.

Submission procedure

a. Submit anonymous manuscripts HERE;

b. Papers will be reviewed following the regular blind-review process;

c. The amount of words should be no more than 4000 words;

d. All submissions must comply with the OSCOLA citation system
