Call for Papers: NLIU Journal of Intellectual Property Law; Submit by Jan 25
The Cell for Studies in Intellectual Property Rights, National Law Institute University, Bhopal is pleased to announce the call for papers for the fourth issue of its journal: NLIU Journal of Intellectual Property Law.
The journal, published annually, is a student run, faculty regulated, peer reviewed law journal.
It aims to create meaningful debate and discourse to help build a fair and equitable regime of Intellectual Property Law and to study the dynamic confluence of the academic and the transactional world presented by the Intellectual Property Laws.
The Journal has published articles by academicians, lawyers and law students from across the world and seeks to expand its reach even further through its fourth edition.
Submissions are invited for genuine, original and unpublished written works.
It must be accompanied with an abstract of not more than 300 words. The Author must categorically mention the specific contribution of the Article, beyond the existing available literature, AND the practical utility of his/her recommendations, in the Abstract.
All submissions must be sent to nliu.journalofiplaw@gmail.com (in .doc or .docx format) on or before 25th January 2015.
