  1. Respected Sir/Ma’am

I would like to know whether a short note is in the nature of an essay or something other than that ?

    Thank You

  2. Respected Sir/Mam

I would like to request you to help me in understanding the theme. I mean to say that since “Public International Law” is a broad topic what would be its scope? Will it be confined to the current situation at the international level or can it be any theoretical topic i.e history or the advent of public international law?

    Thank You.
