Invites law students to submit short articles for the topic

  1. “Constitution of an All India Judicial Services Commission”

The demand for the constitution of an All India Judicial Service (AIJS) is more than 40 years old. Though debated upon numerous times, the manifestation of a national-level judicial service seemed like a distant dream owing to differentness of opinion.

In lieu of the Prime Minister’s call to revive the proposal of an AIJS, NILS India invites entries for law students to submit write-ups on the challenges and necessity of constituting an AIJS.

  1. Humans of Law School Section – Students are invited to share their views, trends in law schools, personal yet intrinsic experiences in the form of short articles.
