GNLU is inviting submissions by way of Call for Chapters, to be contributed to a comprehensive book on Green Criminology and Climate Justice to academia.

Concept Note for the Call for Chapters

Green Criminology (CC) is a unique area of research within the system of criminology. GC expands the scope of criminology by addressing the crimes that harm the environment and is ordinarily excluded from the criminology research. The concept of Green Criminology first appeared three decades ago and since then the social scientists are exploring the relationship between the natural environment, crime, and justice.

With this edited book, the editors aim to contribute a comprehensive book on Green Criminology and Climate Justice to academia.

This is an attempt by the editors to count and describe the Green Crimes: Illustrate its impacts on the environment and human life: explore the relationship between environmental crimes. Law and ecological justice: the Role of International law in combating green crimes, and the mitigation strategies by various countries around the world.
