Centre for Corporate Law, NLU Odisha, Cuttack is making a call for blogs in the form of of articles, opinions, case comments and short notes on topics revolving around “Corporate and Commercial Laws” on a rolling basis.

About the CCL Blog, NLU Odisha

The CCL Blog is a two-tier peer-reviewed blog affiliated with the Centre for Corporate Law, National Law University Odisha. The blog aims to further the goal of increasing the quality of knowledge on nuanced areas of corporate law and increase the engagement and discussions on the present-day issues of contention. This would help bolster research within academia while simultaneously providing them with content abreast of updated information and analysis.

CCL is pleased to invite well-researched blogs on rolling basis. Submissions can be in the form of articles, opinions, case comments and short notes on topics revolving around “Corporate and Commercial Laws”.

Eligibility

The CCL Blog, NLU Odisha invites blogs from students, practitioners, researchers, academicians, policymakers and other stakeholders in the legal field.

CCL Blog, NLUO is inviting well-researched blogs on rolling basis. Submissions can be in the form of articles, opinions, case comments and short notes on topics revolving around “Corporate and Commercial Laws”. For the convenience of the authors, they include inter alia:

  • Commercial Arbitration
  • Company Law
  • Competition/Antitrust Laws
  • Insolvency and Bankruptcy
  • Mergers and Acquisitions
  • Securities and Capital Markets
  • Tax Laws

Submission Guidelines

  • Submission must be made in .doc/.docx format only.
  • Co-authorship is permitted up to 2 authors.
  • Citations may be included either by adding footnotes [SILC or OSCOLA] or by hyperlinking the authoritative internet source to the body of the text.
  • Word limit is strictly to be kept within 1200-1500 words.
  • Maximum permissible plagiarism is 20%.

Submission Fee

There shall be no processing or publication fee.

How to Submit?

All submissions for the CCL Blog must be made via the google form linked at the end of this post. Any submission made via other platforms would be rejected.
