The Centre for Human Values and Ethics at Guru Gobind Singh Indraprashtha University, Dwarka, New Delhi with support from Indian Council for cultural relations(ICCR) and Indian council for Social science research (ICSSR), is organising a conference on the theme of ‘International Conference on Identity Assertions and Conflicts in South Asia’.
About
At a time when the world witnesses everyday bloodshed and violence for identities and homelands, the theme of the conference has even greater relevance.
The conference has been conceptualized with a view to bring together eminent scholars and researchers to debate and deliberate on critical issues related to identity formation and conflicts in South Asia and also to contemplate on finding the way to go beyond identities.
The organizers welcome participation from researchers and scholars working in these area. Registrations will be done for a maximum of 50 participants on a first come first serve basis.
