About the Organisations

The Institution works to promote and impart training in ‘Logistics & Aviation’ skill training, Logistics Functions, Fleet Operations Airport Ground Operations, Port Management, Law Relating to Aviation and Maritime. The Institution is represented by its Director Mrs. Shobha Satish.

Dispute Resolution Forum ®, Registered under Indian Trust Act. It’s a not-for-profit organisation working to promote ADR Mechanism in Pre Litigation Stage and also conducting trainings on different ADR Mechanism including Arbitration, Mediation, Conciliation and Negotiation. It emphasizes study and research on Institutional ADR Mechanisms. DRF is having its office at Mangalore the Port City of Karnataka.

Arbitration and Mediation services provided by DFR helps the parties to take maximum advantage of the flexible procedures available for the resolution of disputes quickly and economically. Which is legally binding and acceptable. DRF has commenced its activities from May- 2018.

DRF Provides Service to develop “Conflict Resolution Boards/Cells” in corporate houses, business/trade associations, institutions etc., where the business houses and associations can utilize this service for managing conflicts arising between the members or between their customers and dealers.

Details about the Certificate Course

The Three-day training includes topics like Introduction to Shipping Transaction, Introduction to Maritime Logistics, Important documentation for Marine transactions, International and Domestic Laws relating to Marine transactions, Dispute Resolution Mechanism emphasis on Alternative Mechanisms. Practical Cases and discussion by people who are having experience in the field.
