Book Launch: The Indian Legal Profession in the Age of Globalization [Mumbai, Dec 8-9 & Delhi, Dec 15-16]: Registrations Open
About the Event
The Harvard Law School Center on the Legal Profession will host two major events in India to celebrate the publication of The Indian Legal Profession in the Age of Globalization: The Rise of the Corporate Legal Sector and its Impact on Lawyers and Society (Cambridge University Press) in early December 2017 (Mumbai, December 8th and 9th and Delhi, December 15th and 16th).
The book, which is the pinnacle of the Center’s six-year research project on the topic, is already being hailed as the most comprehensive and important study ever done on the Indian legal profession. These events will offer an opportunity to celebrate the book’s launch, report on its major findings, and discuss plans for how to move the project forward.
