First Day

You are told to be present at the chamber of the firm in the High Court and on Sunday reporting at the office is to be done. High Court premises are well to do while the firm’s office is also well equipped.

There is an entry pass which is to be made for taking entry in the High Court.

Main Tasks

Visited Lucknow Bench Allahabad High Court observed proceedings on criminal matters, attended mediation and conciliation centre of the court and researched on the various legal aspects of the criminal law.

Work Environment

People are very much friendly, but the work environment will bore you as there is very less work for the intern to do.

Best Things

Interns are given full independence to come and go at whatever time they feel comfortable.

Mediation and Conciliation centre is a place where you can learn many things the societal problems which come out during the mediation proceedings and also the effective role of mediators in reducing the burden of litigation on the parties involved.

Bad Things

Less work to do, professionalism is lacking behind on many fronts there are not many things to learn.


No Stipend

Biggest Lessons

Mediation and Conciliation is a more effective way of resolving disputes as parties come face to face and understand that going for lengthy litigation will bring no good to them.
