It is an initiative to make people aware of cyber laws and providing a platform to the law students to study cyber laws in-depth and contribute for the development and awareness of cyber laws in India.

Eligibility Criteria

All students pursuing under-graduate (three/five year) or post-graduate law degrees from any law school/university/college recognized by the Bar Council of India are eligible to participate in the Competition.


Any topic related to Cyber Laws.

Key Dates

Last Date of Abstract Submission: 15th July, 2017

Declaration of Names of Selected Abstracts: 17th July, 2017

Last Date of Submission of final writing (For Selected Students): 5th August, 2017

Result of the Competition will be declared in second week of August, 2017


Abstract Should be in English, 400 to 600 Words (New Times Roman, font size 12, 1.5 spacing)

Writing should be original (not published earlier or extracted from other sources) in English, 3000 to 5000 words (New Times Roman, font size 12, 1.5 spacing) including footnotes and references in word format (.docx file).

A separate page should be attached to the email named ‘Participant’ carrying all details like Title of the writing, name, postal address, college name, year of study, roll number, email id and mobile number of the participants.

All selected Writings will be published in the form of a blog. All entries shall be deemed to be the property of the organizer.

Organizer has complete discretion about publication of writing in any form. Writings will be judged on parameters like content, flow of presentation, critical & innovating thinking, reference, language etc.
