Area of practice: Corporate laws consulting organisation, operating its professional practise in the area of Business Advisory, Auditing, Accounting, Litigations (High Court of Delhi, NCLT, NCLAT and other forums. ELT works for its affiliated Law firm and Chartered Accountant firm.

Job and Internship Description

Internship or fresh advocate required. A candidate with an attitude of learning and effective in teamwork, he/she gets a chance to get exposure in the following areas:

Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code.
RERA
Criminal law
Draftings of pleadings, writ petitions, appeals, understanding Court work and case management.
Foreign Trade Laws & Issues.
Anti-money Laundering Laws.
Non Profit Organisation Laws.
Legal writing research.

Number of Vacancies

Location

North Delhi Sector-3, Rohini, Near M2K Cinema.
Nearest Metro Station: Rohini West.
Note: In view of Covid-19 pandemic, candidates having their own conveyance and putting up at nearby location will be highly preferable.

Salary

Remuneration as per industry standards.
