First Day Impressions

At first day of my internship, I met Honourable Vivek Sir than afterwards the associates in the office assigned me some work related to search the case laws on a particular topic of which the case was there at the Honourable Supreme Court.

Main Tasks, Work Environment

I was assigned the task related to go to Delhi High Court and other courts and tribunals situated at Delhi with the associates.

There are two offices of Sir in New Delhi , he has one office at Jangpura also. Most of the legal drafting work was done at Jangpura office and Final Paper work at main office- Feroze Shah Road office.

Both offices are so good and a good working environment is there and all the associates are so good and friendly and always ready to help. One would love to work with them with their friendly and helping nature. There are Total 10 associates. Strictness in Timings and attendance is there which is very good about office student intern discipline.

I also assisted Sir and his associates at the time of hearing of matter/case in Honourable Supreme Court and Honourable Delhi High Court.

Tankha Sir, is too much busy but it is humbleness, kindness, love and affection towards the associates and interns of his office he always met them in morning and in evening, discuss case issues matters etc.

Honourable Tankha Sir can also assign you the work related to Parliament mainly Rajya Sabha mainly to research on issues and matters, questions and answers at Parliament session, which is really a good form of learning and getting knowledge of Parliamentary afffairs along with the legal law knowledge.

  1. Whatever be the quality or worth of the internship, a reader would like to know the place from where Nimish Arjaria learned English. Such lack of felicity of expression, such poor diction, and such an incoherent and ill-organized piece of writing is a good example — a negative example, of course.

One can imagine the type of building that can be made on a shaky and unreliable foundation.
