Applications are invited for the post of Advisor (HR) on a contract basis.
Number of Vacancies
The candidate should be MBA or PGD or equivalent with Degree in Law.
The candidate should have more than 20 years of experience in the area of implementation of policies/rules, HR, IR management, Recruitment, Establishment, contract labour management, and court cases etc.
In addition to this candidate should be familiar with liaisoning with external agencies/ ministries.
Persons who worked in pre-revised IDA grades of Rs.51,300-3%-73,000/- or Rs.62,000/-3%-80,000/- or equivalent CDA grades may apply.
The consolidated remuneration will be based on last basic pay (Pre-revised) plus HRA, as per prevailing CEL guidelines in this regard.
