The office address is 3, Motilal Nehru Palace which is near to Udyog Bhawan Metro Station. I stayed near Delhi Airport area.
9:30 AM TO 7:30 PM.
First Day Impressions.
At first day of my internship, I reached at office reception, where they asked me to show the copy of confirmation email. Then I met Honourable KTS Sir. Then the associates in the office assigned work related to search the case laws on a particular topic of which the case was at the Honourable Supreme Court. It was related to Bank Loan and Mining Projects. Then they asked me to go to Supreme Court and Parliament to get my entry passes done.
Main Tasks, Work Environment
I was assigned the task related to go to Patiala House Court, Supreme Court and Other Courts Tribunals situated in Delhi.
The main work assigned to interns is to prepare case brief notes and synopsis of a particular case issue allotted by any associate of the office. The staff is very strict and helpful too. Honourable Tulsi sir is very strict about work and time.
If Sir is in Delhi, he takes lunch with the associates interns and discusses various issues related to law, situation of a country, political issues etc.
If Sir is free he may organize Debate or Moot Court Competition, depending on his work, hearings in Court and program day to day schedule. Every day 30 to 50 of his clients come to meet Sir and apart from clients, Press/ Media reporters also came daily for taking press conference of Sir.
KTS Sir , is very busy but he always meets associates and interns in the morning and in the evening, discuss case issues matters etc.
Honourable Tulsi Sir and his Rajya Sabha incharge associate will also assign you work related to Parliament, mainly Rajya Sabha to research on issues and matters, questions and answers at Parliament session, which is really a good form of learning and getting knowledge of Parliamentary afffairs along with the legal law knowledge.
I went to the Parliament with Sir twice during my internship. I and my co-interns also researched and prepared notes related to Sir’s Press Debate on Media national new Channels.
