About the organisation and competition:
ICFAI Law School Hyderabad is organising 3rd national ADR tournament as part of its annual law fest, LEXKNOT’19, from 28th to 31st of March. The ADR tournament is consisting of the following competitions:
- Mediation
- Client Counseling
Team Composition:
A Mediation team shall consist of 3 members- Mediator, Advocate and Client.
A Client Counseling team shall consist of 2 members – Advocates.
Each college is allowed to send a maximum of 2 teams per event.
Eligibility:
Students pursuing three or five-year courses of the LL.B degree in the academic year 2019-20 from any recognized law school/college/university in India are eligible to participate.
Registration Fees:
Mediation: Rs. 3000/- per team
Client Counseling: Rs. 3000/- per team
Registration deadline:
To confirm your participation, complete the registration by filling the application form and mailing it to fol.lawfest@ifheindia.org by 15th March 2019.
Prizes:
Client Counseling: Winner- Rs. 15,000, 1st Runner up – Rs. 10,000
Mediation: Client Counsel Pair – Winner- Rs. 10,000, 1st Runner up- Rs. 6,000
Mediator Winner: Rs. 5,000, 1st Runner up- Rs. 3,000
