It was an online internship, for which I applied through Email and sent them a cover letter along with a CV at firstname.lastname@example.org
15th June, 2015 to 15th July, 2015
I had to report online for the weeks task at sharp 10 am.
I was allotted an internship co-ordinator: I had to report each day at 4 PM about the day’s task. At the end of the week, progress and work details for the week had to be reported.
In the beginning of the week, I was allotted with the week’s task. It was divided into two and the submission of the work was to be done accordingly
The internship mainly dealt with research work, along with document review and creating a local database of lawyers along with their details.
I use to communicate with my internship co-ordinator through mail and he was very helpful. If I had any problem, I used to ping him and would receive response regarding the same.
It was an enriching experience, with research work on some important issues. Later, we were asked to submit a report. I received accolades for this from the coordinator
The work provided to us could have been more exhaustive
There was this one task where we had to conduct client counseling: record their problem and report to the co-ordinator. They shall then issue a solution to the same, which was quite enriching, as you get to know various remedies to an issue and how to approach them in best possible way.
