Main Job Responsibilities

Client Servicing for Corporate Sector;
Preparation of the corporate documentation;
Preparation of standard contracts;
Organisation of attestation of necessary documents;
Filing of legal documents.

Requirements

2-3 years of experience in a related role.
Should Possess Law Degree from the recognized Universities in the Indian Union and recognized by the Bar Council of India for admission as Advocate or Attorney of an Indian Court.
Should have own vehicle.
Proficiency in English speaking and writing.

Salary

Monthly remuneration will be Rs. 15,000/- to Rs. 25,000/-
