First impression, first day formalities, infrastructure

The infrastructure of the office wasn’t very impressive. But my in charge was a very cool person so I had a great time with him.

My first impression of the place was that the people who went to work there are very hard working since it was an Industrial Relations firm.

Main tasks

Listening to a complaint expressed by the clients, forming a report on the nature of these complaints and then suggesting viable solutions to my in-charge.

Work environment and people

Work environment was very fun overall, with jokes being cracked and focus on work life balance emphasized.

Best things

It was a very hands-on approach, had fun talking to the clients.

Bad things

None, actually



Biggest Lessons

The biggest lesson that I learnt is that when considering a dispute to be solved, it is vital to listen to both sides of the arguments before taking any decision.


I am a local person, hence I did not require any accommodation, students from other cities have to opt for PG.

Office Timings

Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 4 pm to 8 pm.
