  1. The competition was an utter sham. The judges employed knew barely anything about the issue and focused only on factual matters, rather than entertaining any questions of law.
It is a shame to see faculty of the hosting university judging a national moot court competition, especially when even non-law faculty were involved in the judging.
When one gives months of effort to argue in a Moot Court competition, the least one can expect is that the judges understand the arguments during the course of the rounds, and do not focus on the fact based and inadmissible arguments, while scoring the teams.
Hope you learn something in the future.
    Thanks.

    • Dear student first I would like to thanks for your comments.
Secondly, in first round only there are two judges, one from law stream and second from non-law. And the score was divided 70:30 respectively. Non law judges was expert from social and psychology. And it happened only in first round.

Thirdly, in first round the criteria is quite different from other round the question level is also very low. Speaking skills, command over the fact sheet and reasonability..Etc the main point which are observed. If you would have been qualified the first round definitely you have faced higher level of questions in next one round.

      Thanks

  2. The experience at Amity, Jaipur for the 4th Moot Court Competition was a remarkable one. The management, hospitality and the accomodation facilities were outstanding. It seemed like one was at home. There were a lot of things to learn from. The organizing team (the moot court committee) was enthusiastic and supporting. The event was a great success. As participants of the event we did not face any difficulty because at all times there was someone to guide us right from the beginning to the end whether it be in terms of reaching the campus or back home or for anything that we needed. The coordinators were very friendly. Also the Dean Sir of the law Department encouraged all the teams at every step and inspired us to not to lose hope and keep learning.
In my opinion one must visit Amitu,Jaipur for such competitions.
