About the Event

Think India Delhi is organising the 3rd National Symposium on Landmark Judgments of 2019 at Nehru Memorial Museum and Library, Teen Murti Bhavan, Delhi, 12th January 2020 from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM. The event is expected to have 300 plus students from across the nation

To understand the Judgements and discuss in detail the impact of these judicial pronouncements Think India has plans to hold a One Day Symposium on 05th January 2020 for Law Students, Researchers and Professionals.

Session: I Ayodhya Verdict: An End to India’s Longest Dispute (M. Siddiq v. Mahant Suresh Das & Ors)

Session: II CJI’s Office under the purview of RTI Act (CPIO, Supreme Court v. Subhash Chandra Aggrawal)

Session: III Review of SC/ST Atrocities Act amendments (State of Maharashtra v. Union of India)

Session: IV Karnataka Legislative Assembly Case (Srimanth Balasaheb Patil v. Hon’ble Speaker, Karnataka)

Session: V National Register for Citizens of India (Assam Public Works v. Union of India)
