About the Symposium
The Centre for Transnational Commercial Law (CTCL) at National Law University, Delhi, in collaboration with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India, INSOL India, SIPI, and supported by UNCITRAL RCAP and UNCC India is organising the 2019 Insolvency and Bankruptcy Symposium on 10th and 11th of November 2019 at National Law University, Delhi.
The event consists of a Conference scheduled on the 10th of November, and a Researchers and Academic Roundtable on the 11th.
The Theme of the Conference is “3 Years of IBC: Tracing its journey, challenges for building the road ahead”. It shall consist of four interesting sessions dealing with various jurisprudential issues with respect to the insolvency process envisaged by the IBC.
The Roundtable is based on the themes UNCITRAL Draft Model Law on Insolvency of Enterprise Groups and Comparative Insolvency: Select issues: India, USA, UK.
