GNLU, in collaboration with ONGC, is organising a Certificate Course on International Contracts with the object of providing an overview of the laws governing cross-border sale transactions; formation, enforcement and conclusion of international contracts; and mechanisms of dispute resolution and the instruments available to the contracting parties looking to mitigate their respective transactional risks.
The course will also review the international instruments governing cross-border transactions, besides providing an overview of electronic contracts.
The course will be held from 21st Nov to 23rd Nov 2014 in the premises of GNLU, Gandhinagar.
The fees will include Registration Fee, Tuition Fee, Course Kit and Meals, i.e. breakfast, lunch and tea.
