Amity Law School, Delhi (Affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University) is organising its 15th Amity National Moot Court Competition 2016 (ANMC).
The College has been organising Annual National Level Moot Court Competition for the last 14 years.
In continuance with our tradition we are hosting the event for its 15th edition which is scheduled to be held from 26th February to 28th February, 2016, at Amity Law School Delhi, F-1 Block, Amity University Campus, Sector-125, NOIDA-201303
The moot problem is based on Company Law, Hindu Succession Law and Testamentary Laws, highlighting the emerging legal landscape in these subjects of law. Sitting Judges, practicing advocates, academicians and experts in the field of company law and testamentary laws shall be invited to adjudicate the competition.
In the past editions, the Final and Semi-Final Rounds of the competition have been judged by a bench of sitting judges of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi.
The Organizing Committee of ANMC has always endeavored to maintain high standards with respect to every aspect of the competition and in upholding its long tradition of hospitality, the college will provide complimentary accommodation, food and intra-city conveyance to and fro from the venue to the hotel for all the participants during the days of the competition.
