The environment is good and people are friendly. The managing partner and the associate took time to help the interns understand the work to be done.
My main tasks at Vichar Partners were mostly research work and once or twice I helped the associated draft certain documents. I researched mainly on Botswana Companies Act, Mines and Minerals Act, 1957, Indian Contract Act, 1872, and the new guidelines under the Clinical Trial and Arbitration Act.
The Advocate dealt with cases on Family Law, Criminal Law which involved everything that is Matrimonial, Divorce, Evidence, Cr.P.C. & IPC. So it’s a great place to start-off for people who are interested in Family Law & Criminal Law and want to go into Litigation.
