About

The entry is free. Strawberry Fields, the annual music festival of the National Law School, is synonymous with the music scene in India.

With 15 successful shows under its belt, it has become an undisputable altar where those who appreciate good music congregate to witness, and worship, the arrival of new and upcoming bands from across the country and beyond.

Rated as ‘India’s best college rock festival’ by the Rock Street Journal, Strawberry Fields was initiated to patronize original and talented bands in India.

Throughout the last fourteen years, Strawberry Fields has prided itself on providing every band that registers, the opportunity to play their own music in front of a crowd of thousands on a Reynolds set up which is at par with international standards.

The festival itself is spread across three days, with around fifty bands competing in the preliminary rounds for two days, each band getting twenty minutes to perform their act. After which, five of the best bands are shortlisted to compete in the finals.

Mission

The country’s best law school brings you the country’s best grassroots music festival. Over 40 bands over two days, with five finalists tearing up the third day with the headliners.

In the times of impatience, with one-day hear-it-and-leave festivals, SF offers three whole days of kicking back and relaxing with live music from 10 in the morning to 10 at night. We’ve been doing it for 17 years now, and we’ve been doing it pretty well.
