    My son Ananta Dev
Roy took admission in LLOYED law College, Greater Noida on advance payment of Rs.45,000/- (vide receipt Nos. 36599 dtd. 05/06/2014 for Rs. 10,000/- and 37102 dtd. 12/06/2014 for Rs. 35,000/- ) only. At the time of payment Lloyed College agreed to refund money, if my son withdraw his admission. On 27/06/2014 my daughter and wife gave an application for refund of said money as my son do not agree to continue his admission and to do Law in Lloyed college. College said to come after 15 days to
collect money as there was a rush in the college for admission in LLB students.
Since we made several phone calls but you are not responding.
NOW on 26.11.14 at 5.10pm, one Mr. Mallick ( Retish Maliick)
(ph No. 9891125161) from account branch of the college abused a lot
over phone and refused to return the money. Then I told him to upload this issue to Law-Octopus website or internet, so that in future the students-candidates could be alert . In reply he again abused with threats that I can go ahead what-about I could do.
There was a period fixed to accept the admission fees, but there
is no fixed period to refund the same.
